Removing CC Unavailable Codes

We have recently moved to RC from Mitel and one of the features we liked and used when with Mitel was the ability to remove a staff member's unavailable code (usually because they have forgotten to change it or go live).  It does not appear we can do this on RC and miss it massively.

Does anyone know if we are able to do this as it really is a pain!   (I don't want to keep messaging staff or just wait for them to notice and change it).

By this do you mean as a Supervisor or Manager forcing the agent back into the available state manually?
