Removing "Unavailable" Code

Is it possible to remove Unavailable which can be found by Launch Agent tab and is directly under Available. Agents are able to enter that state manually which doesn't accurately record their unavailable reason. We have multiple sub codes that our agents need to select. We've tried to remove the Unavailable code through Unavailable Codes through Admin > User  > Unavailable Codes. I believe the issue is with our unavailable code ID is 633 which is for wrap up

Hello, I have been advised that it isn't possible to remove the default unavailable code.  It was recommended to have this entered as a feature request. Is there a timeline on to when this will be available.
