Renaming Auto-Receptionist numbers

Could be good if you can rename your Auto-Receptionist numbers and give a better name to that numbers.  When you have a lot of auto-receptionist numbers sometimes is hard to remember what is for each number...

yes, very helpful when using desktop app and using the out bound caller ID drop down menu.  Hard to scan for the phone numbers when they all say "Company Number".  Need to be able to give descriptive name for each location reducing mistakes of picking the wrong outbound call ID.

We operate a call center and cover the phones for multiple office locations.  Our customer service reps that answer the phone use the desktop app, which allows them to easily switch the outbound caller ID with the drop down menu before making and outbound call.  The issue is, all the numbers have the label "Company Name" with the number below them when accessing the drop down.  With so many numbers to choose from, they all start to blend together very easily.

It would be helpful to be able to label these numbers with a name much like we can with the extensions.  This way, when they click on the drop down, instead of scanning for the phone number to use, they will also have the location name displaying reducing the chance of picking the wrong outbound caller ID.

We asked for this Feature 10 month ago and now Brian is raising his hands about this need again...

This is very simple to be solved from the point of view of the programming...
Please make it happen.

After 10 months my idea was considered, thank RingCentral. This feature it will be coming early February 2017 (according to the last newsletter).

"Create caller ID names for company numbers
Make it easier for your users to identify the correct caller ID while setting up call flow and handling rules by adding name labels for a particular department or office location.
Available for RingCentral Office customers in early February."
