Replacement users

This is for US accounts.  We are a reseller and this affects multiple accounts.  When our clients have employees come and go, they often want them to use the same extension and phone as the previous emplyee.  To currently do this you need to change the settings for the extension and the phones as well as change passwords and delete old mesages etc.  It would be great if there was a reset button or switch to new user button that would take care of all of this in the background and jsut let you setup the new user name password email etc to save time.

I just disable the old user, then delete it, then go to unassigned and create a new user from the available number/line.  I then apply 2 templates to handle most settings (E911, notifications, user type, region) then go in and set the Caller ID for all the different types.

That stated, I agree that if there was a 'wizard' to walk through those steps and give options for leaving certain settings the same, it would save some time and steps!
