I would like to reply to a received fax in my e-mail client without having to type in the recipients fax number. Currently e-mails all come from a generic "service@ringcentral.com". The received fax would need to have a "Reply-to" address of "fax#@rcfax.com".
This would reduce time and possible errors in responding to received faxes.

This would be a good work around that I could setup via Outlook if it was possible. Here is my issue/request

This actually doesn't even require a change in the email headers at all. Email could still come from the generic@ringcentral.com email address, but include a "Reply" hyperlink that is formated as a mailto:[# fax received from]@rcfax.com

To maintain e-mail strings the reply must be generated by clicking the reply button in gmail. If it is just a mailto link in the body this generates a new e-mail that is not part of the string.
