Report for number of calls an extension has answered regardless of how they received the call

  2. A brief description of the business - law firm
  3. A high level description of the product or feature being requested  - 
    Currently analytics performance reports only reports on calls directly to an extension, it doesn't have an option to report on number of calls answered by an extension from a ring group
  4. A typical use case scenario explaining how your business would use the feature - To see how many actual calls an extension is answering, if they're in a ring group they're receiving more calls than what is reported currently in analytics
  5. Benefit of such feature - getting an accurate number of calls answered.
  6. Number of Users and/or Digital Lines - ~550

Analytics only reports on calls directly to an extension, if an extension is in another user/extension's ring group answers the call you can't get a report of how many calls that person has actually answered because it only reports on number of calls to the parent extension/number. I confirmed with support, technical account manager, and customer success manager that there is no way through analytics to get an accurate tally of calls answered by an extension.
