Report on time spent on Ringcentral IM and possiblity to see messages

1 ) Account Type = UK

2 ) Business = Information technology

3 ) Would it be possible to see the amount of time a user is using RingCentral IM, and if needed to review the conversations / messages between individuals ( Admin level )

4) to see if a user is receiving unnecessary or inappropriate IM

5) cut down on time spent with unnecessary messages
