Our recruitment firm utilizes the RingCentral Desktop & Phone App continuously for texting applicants and clients. If this feature was available to include on a "report" it would be a very, very useful tool for tracking and managing our workflow and ROI.

Our support staff uses the text feature at times to communicate with customers.  Is there any reporting tools to track this?
