Reporting and allowing for the "yesterday" to select time frame as well

  3. A high level description of the product or feature being requested - feature update for performance report on the analytics page. Want to allow the selection for "yesterday" also allow us to select specific time "from" and "to."
  4. A typical use case scenario explaining how your business would use the feature - I want to set up a report to deliver each morning to show me how our inbound support queue is handling calls specifically for the prior day and within our office hours.
  5. Benefit of such feature - this will help automate the report delivery instead of manually generating it every morning since the "yesterday" choice captures all calls including calls from outside office hours.
  6. Number of Users and/or Digital Lines approximately 200 users in our firm
