REPORTING BASED ON PHONE SERIAL NUMBER. We have a busy call center where some reps have multiple phones at their desk, and I cannot get an accurate report as to what call are being picked up, missed etc since they are being transferred through our IVR. I would really like to have this feature added as I feel this well help provide accurate results. Can you please look into this? Many thanks!
