Reporting Filter Enhancements

Administrative reports are graphical representations of your RingCentral account's call activities that can be generated in your online account at These Reports can be generated as a Summary, based on Queue Activity, based on User Activity, based on Phone Number and based on Call Detail. Reports can be exported as a Microsoft Excel file after it has been generated.

We're redesigning how administrators can select multiple extensions, call queues, or phone numbers. Accounts with many users we're stuck selecting individually and could not select multiples. 

This enhancement will be visible in early May.
