Reports: I'd like to see how many calls are being answered during business hours

I'd like to have a report that shows what happens to inbound calls that we receive during our office hours (answered, vm, hang up, etc.), separated by line.  All of this data is in the reports, but I can't find a way to view it in aggregate form or without exporting an excel and manually looking at the time of the calls (obviously, no feasible!) Is there a way to set up this type of report as an admin? Thanks!

Hi Kennedy,   Take a look at the Live Reports Overview.   You'll probably still want to export the data each day, but this might provide the info you need.
