Hello, my question/enhancement has to do w/ REPORTS - It would be really helpful to be able to download a long span of time and acquire the information from the summary page. For example, I was needing a monthly breakdown of the summary info, (total calls, outbound, inbound, answered, missed and voicemail.) I had to go in and set the time frame for the specific month and download each month separately. When I chatted w/ RC about this, they said I could set the date to encompass the whole year I was needing, however, it does not give the monthly breakdown. This would be a great enhancement. Thank you.
