we would like to see call totals for calls actually connected verses total calls that includes calls that were attempted but not connected

Our previous system provided us total talk time for each user and then for the office as a whole. This is very useful to us knowing how much time users are spending on the phone on a daily, weekly and monthly basis, etc.
