Call Queue: add call screen

We are getting calls with a lot of DEAD air, or hang ups.
In order to prevent, we'd like to know if a feature can be added from the EXTENSION  setting (call announce, call screening, that triggers on the GROUP Setting menu.  For example if our director tree says to press 1 for new accounts (the customer then gets the call screen) if elected by the receiving support staff on the extension.  At the current time, calls pressing #1 for new accounts have no way to get the call screen, resulting in us receiving a lot of dead air and hang up calls.

You could have it so that the caller has to physically say their name for the call to connect before it rings the IP or softphone

Is that an idea? Because there is no setting for that if you have a call group. It only works on direct extensions.
