resend welcome email to current extension.

Hello All
I was hoping i can get some help and see if there is a way to re-send a welcome email to a current extension. We rotate extensions and a user would like to set up their account with the current number and extension. Is there a way to re-send the welcome email without having to create a new user? thanks in advanced.

Hi Gus, you can only resend the Welcome Email to an extension that has not been activated.

I would like this functionality also. It would be convenient for positions that have a lot of turnover. I do the work around of deleting and creating a new extension.

I would also like to resend the welcome email. We recycle RingCentral accounts and have some positions with high turnover. I would like to be able for the new users to receive the same instructions as previous user.

So am I to understand for the millions of Ring Central users that turn-over is NOT an issue...
Changing the PIN, Password and Security question without the link to reset is ridiculous...
I guess I will create my own document to help the new users through this, unless someone already has...???

2018-11-14 We have a certain number of phones reassigned every week because we have a lot of users whose job assignments move from location to a different location etc.    We set everyone with a single generic initial Password, initial PIN and initial "Secret Question/Answer" and   pre-provision their phones before they start (if a new employee) or move (if a reassigned employee) A generic sample of the doc we send to them in their initial Onboarding is here
