Restrict new messages to employees to company directory results.

If I'm starting a new Glip conversation with an employee for the first time, there's a chance to enter an email address that doesn't match the employee's RC address (alias, typo, etc).

I'd prefer for anything that's @mycompany.com be restricted to the email addresses available in the RC company directory. Maybe even with a "User not found" error unless there's a match.

It seems like there are quite a few of these dupe users appear in my People list in Glip that I have to clean up.
