Call Queue: How to retrieve Queue Messages from Desk Phone?

Hey Folks, we have some users that need to check / listen to the Call Queue's voicemail messages that don't have speakers on their computers.  I'm presuming there is a way to login to the voicemail of the call queue on their deskphones but I don't know how to do it.  Anyone have ideas / instructions.  Phones are Cisco SPA508G.

Actually, there is a way to do it from the desk phone. Here are the steps:
  1. Dial the extension for the call queue
  2. Press the '*' key once the announcement begins
  3. Enter the pin for the call queue
