1. Canada

2. Software-as-a-Service

3. Connect to Google Calendar on the user-level and retrieve busy/available time from Google Calendar. Automatically send new calls to voicemail if a Google Calendar booking exists during that time. If a user is included in a group with sequential/rotating call distribution, skip them if they have a Google Calendar booking at that time.

4. Members of Support and ProServ call queues also have scheduled internal meetings and client bookings, both managed through Google Calendar. If these users are members of Call Queues with 'Sequential' or 'Rotating' distribution, they must remember to set phones to DnD to ensure they are skipped in the call distribution and the call moves to another member. As this process relies on human memory and habit, it is often missed. Retrieving busy time from Google Calendar would ensure that calls are always distributed to available members.

5. This would help us reduce abandonment rate and increase client satisfaction, as queue calls will not be dropped while ringing on an unavailable member's extension.
