Good morning, all. I've searched but haven't found what I need (possibly because I may not know what I'm looking for). Here's the scenario:

Caller A calls my extension, 10. It is transferred to my cell phone. I answer and start talking.

Caller B calls my extension. It is transferred to my cell phone. I ask Caller A to hold and answer Caller B. Caller A is put on hold automatically.

If I put Caller B on hold, how do I retrieve Caller A's call?

Would call parking make this easier?

Thanks in advance.

B.

Are you actually transferring calls to your cell phone number, or just answering with the RingCentral Mobile app?
