The Administrator should be able to view ALL company faxes without having to login to a specific extension.

Currently you can search all incoming faxes by extension over various time frames but to see the actual fax you have to login to the extension that the fax was sent to and enter the extensions specific password.

If it must be this way, at least let the Administrative password override the user password request so that we don't have to keep track of multiple user/team member RC passwords.

The team member responsible for receiving faxes is out of the office today and I just wasted an hour to retrieve this fax.

UGH!

I don't disagree it would be a nice feature.  In the mean time, I have an idea for you.  Setup all your faxes to forward to an email account.  One you already have or even a free Gmail account like mycompanyfax@gmail.com  Then anytime you need to find a fax they are all archived in that email account for anyone with credentials.

One more idea is Dropbox archiver.  All your faxes can be archived and viewed from a Dropbox account. https://netstorage.ringcentral.com/guides/dropbox.pdf?_ga=1.95422232.588645583.1485969408

TY Brandon, I'm going to check out Dropbox as a solution. I can log in to any of my employees email addresses so setting up another email address to login to isn't going to help, but a dropbox folder catching all of the faxes might be just the way to go. Thanks again!
