Ring Back Features?

Hello, curious if RC has a feature that allows customers to enter a number for a call back instead of holding. I refer to it has a ring back but maybe should say "call back". There are systems out there that I call and if all agents are busy, in theory, instead of holding, I can leave a number and that company will call me back.

Does that exist in RC?

Not in the Ring Central platform, but it is available in the Call Center packages, which is the inContact product they re-sell.

Is that the call center package the same thing as "RingCentral Contact Center" or is that something else? I didn't see anything specifically about this feature mentioned in the "Contact Center" feature listing.

Yep, one in the same.  It is a feature in the inContact package.  I have several clients using inContact with that feature.
