Ring before IVR features.

Please create a feature that allows us to ring x time before IVR picks up the call.  The way it is currently done drops the appended call queue name from the caller id so we have no way to know if it is the main/queue calling in or a direct line.  We would also like the ability to block the BLF ringing indicator for calls coming in on the the main/queue but preserve the indicator once they are on the phone and talking.

Call Flow
1. Caller Calls Main Company Number
2. System rings everyone in the call queue for x seconds but does not change BLF status to the ringing status and appends the call queue name to the caller id information.
3. IVR picks up the call after x seconds
4. User selects desired option from IVR.
5. It would also be nice to have a secondary ring time for calls passed through the IVR for the destination extension rather than having it do a full ring time or directly to voicemail.

I am shocked to hear that Ringcentral doesn't already have this in place.  This is one of the reasons why we were considering using Ring Central.
