Ring Central App to be visible while in the 'Notes' section in Salesforce.

Description: At Rio Nutrition, we deal with ranchers to increase conception rates, put more frame growth on calves, and reduce the input costs.
Feature Request Description: I am requesting that while in Salesforce, the Ring Central App on the side panel to be visible while specifically in the 'Notes' section of Salesforce.
Benefits: Employees here would find this extremely beneficial because while they are on the phone with a client, they are typing notes in Salesforce. When the call ends and they are still typing notes, they want to be able to still see, at a glance, how long the call was, did it log, did it save, etc. It would be a feature that would make using Ring Central and Salesforce together much easier and user friendly. We have roughly 20 users at Rio Nutrition that would find this beneficial.

Similar scenario here at my organization.  If an employee is on a call, typing into the notes field, and once the call is over, a new call comes in, the note field from the previous call disappears.  My user base would love to see this not happen when a call comes in, and this makes the RingCentral/Salesforce integration more robust.
Please fix ASAP
