Ring Central dropping SMS

I've had this issue before and reading through the various threads it seems I'm not the only one.  I am highly dependent on SMS for my business and some conversations have critical info that needs to be referenced--if proof of conversations are not available, it could cost me a lot of money.
I just noticed today my softphone is missing text messages from 12/4/18 to 4/23/19.  All of a sudden they're gone.  My scheduler is missing from 1/23/19-4/23/19 and my office manger is missing from mid Feb 19 to 4/23/19.  
The mobile app drops messages every week, usually on Fridays when the messages are critical to review through the weekend.  It's a huge inconvenience at best, and costly at worst.
How can this happen and what can be done to prevent it?  

I have ring central archiver, so my messages are backed up, but if you use it you will realize it's very complicated to prove the outcome of a conversation because each message is archived as an individual text file so wading through them is difficult, and it could easily look like the messages were fabricated/manipulated.
