Ring Central for Salesforce not populating "Name" or "Related To"

When a call is completed and you are trying to log the call in salesforce from the RC App in the SFDC side panel, there are no options to select for "Name" or "Related To" when you click the drop down button. This is not happening for all users. Any idea what the problem is?

If you are working in Leads and have no custom related objects then there will be no "related to."  If you are working on the record for Contacts, Accounts, or Opportunities you sometimes have to be directly in the related record that you want for it to appear. ie go to the opportunity page.

Even when I am on the contact, account, or opportunity page, nothing appears for Related To or Name.

Hi Brian, 
Is it possible that you have more than one match for the caller phone number?  

Another thing would be to check the Salesforce Softphone layout.

When you are on the contact record did you select it from the drop down before selecting a related record?  You may also want to check your cookies and see if any are blocked for Salesforce.  Otherwise, I would submit a ticket at this point.
