Ring Central Meetings and Phone on RDS

85% of our user community are connecting from thin clients connecting to 8 RDS servers. They currently cannot use the Ring Central phones or meetings. When launching either application it gives an error message that someone else is using the application. The ability to have our users use the RC phone and meetings was a feature that was critical when making the decision to implement Ring Central.
We are in the US, we are a specialty pharmacy which requires us to be on the phone a lot.
The HUD feature on the phone app is extremely helpful to the team lead to monitor their teams. We also train new employees in other offices so using the Meeting application is essential. We have about 260 employees total and about 200 users are being effected by this issue.

Hi Susan, 

I checked with one of our Tier 3 Support reps about your situation, and they advised that we're not able to support remote desktop thin clients at all because various permission/RDS limitations can interfere with third party applications such as RC.
