It appears when we install Ring Central Meetings it's only installed for the logged in user.  How can we install it on a workstation for any user that logs in?

Hello Derek,

You can install it with an msiexec command to allow it to install to all users that would use the machine by specifying ALLUSERS=1. Example:

msiexec /i RingCentralMeetingsInstaller.msi ALLUSERS=1

Additionally, if you install it this way you will also want to block it from auto updating on it's own, or when it updates it will install a 2nd instance to that local user. The following msiexec command will allow you to control when you push RC Meetings updates:

msiexec /i RingCentralMeetingsInstaller.msi MEETINGSAUTOUPDATE="false" ALLUSERS=1

You can find the MSI version of RC meetings on our download page in the Administrator install section. https://success.ringcentral.com/lc/cms/downloads
