Ring Central Meetings mobile app. won't sync with Exchange

We are running into an issue with the Ring Central Meetings mobile app.  When creating a meeting with the Mobile App, that meeting does not sync back to our Exchange server.  Also if the meeting is created from the desktop app and then updated in the mobile, the update is also not pushed back through the mobile client to Exchange.  The Ring Central Meetings mobile app will only sync with the local calendar on the device.  For our users who live on their phones, that is a feature that we desperately need.  We need seamless integration from the mobile application to Exchange not just to the local calendar on the phone/tablet.
