Ring Central Room - call-out is not enabled

Everytime I try to dial out for a voice call only using the phone option from the iPad.  When I try to dial a phone number the moment I touch a number it gives me an error message that says "Telephone call-out is not enabled.  Please contact your account admin."

OK, figured it out.

You need to sip enable the Ring Central room.  Following these two documents in this order:

Then this document:

https://success.ringcentral.com/articles/en_US/RC_Knowledge_Article/9576 

In summary you need to setup and Third Party Sip Phone and then Set up an IP Phone for RingCentral Rooms.
