Our user reported that when calls that come from a particular party from long distance (area code 514 calling us 604) always go to voicemail too early. The user has the setting of 5 rings but calls go to voicemail after she heard just 1-2 rings. The calling party told us that they did wait about 5 rings before getting voicemail, so it sounds like the first few rings are "missing" or teh rings are delayed to go off for some reason. We suspect that the other party is also using VoIP phone system (as it's a customer service call center) and plus the long distance plays a factor as well... Don't know if this guess makes sense or it's really a problem with RC? Anyone has the same experience?

Hey Craig,

I would suggest opening a case to see if it is something on the RingCentral side, there are a few things that could be affecting this.
