We have three phones in our sales office , my phone will lag when an inbound call comes in so i can not answer until the other phones ring at least twice. How do i fix it so my phone will ring at the same time as the others in the office

Hey Maria, could you provide more details? Are the 3 of you in a Call Queue or a RingGroup?

Can you share a screen shot of the Call Handling settings for the Queue?

Gotcha, so you'll want to talk with who is the Super Admin on your account and have them verify that the Call Queue you are part of is set to simultaneous ringing
