Ring number 15 is too short for Forwarded calls to be answered by our call center

The maximum Ring No for call forwarding is 15- How can I get around this?
Our calls are forwarded to a call center- which are too usually too busy with a long queue always waiting and therefore 15 rings (the time) is not enough to be answered by call center- so our calls usually go to voice mail (i.e loss of customers)- What do you sugges to increase the length of time for incoming calls? Ringcentral has not been helpful and does not increase Rin Number to more than 15

Hi Mike, sounds weird to me that the call forwarding to the call center, the call is not being answered with in the 15 rings.

The call would only bounce back to the RC voice mail if it is not picked up by the other system.

I think there is a unconditional forward when using rules and maybe this needs to be done but help me understand this call center.

If you have time to chat tomorrow, maybe we could solve this problem.

We have a feature in departments (which will soon be renamed Call Queues) that can help with this - under the department's Call Handling section, there is an option to have department members' phones ring in Rotating, Simultaneous or Fixed order. You may want to create a department on your account and add your forwarding extensions to it - that way you can avail yourself of these ring-order options.

I think this would still be a nice feature. 15 rings is not enough for some scenarios and the call queue set up will not work in some situations.
