Here's a link to the RingCentral for Desktop User Guide:

But, can you explain more about what you are trying to do.  I'm not familiar with the Bria 5 phone but it appears to be another type of softphone.  Are you looking for some type of integration between the two, or can you tell us what you are trying to accomplish?

RingCentral includes their own soft phone for desktops and mobile devices.  Why would you want to use another?  If you really want to try you just need to add a new line without phone (paid) and then try 3rd part credentials and SIP server they provide.

It's unlikely that this is even possible. This isn't something RingCentral would support but, what information/credentials do you need?  Also, does Bria support doing this?  Have you checked with them since it's their software?

Can you explain why you are looking to do something like this.  Even if you were able to get it configures so that it could make/receive calls, you would be lacking all sorts of other functionality, and RingCentral would not be able to help configure and/or troubleshoot any issues.

Mike
