RingCentral and Singlewire Informacast

To help anybody that happens to use RingCentral and Singlewire Informacast please note the following:

Note: You must be running Informacast 12.9.1

Please see below on how to program your SIP. This took a long time and a lot of resources from both companies for us to get working. Hope this helps someone else!

Admin -> Sip -> SIP Access: Allow Sip Calls ticked ON

Admin -> Sip -> SIP Call Security: Both Unticked

Admin -> Sip -> SIP User Credentials: Realm – sip.ringcentral.com, User – RingCentral Authorization ID, Password – RingCentral Password

Admin -> Sip -> SIP Stack: Default Fields

Admin -> Sip -> SIP Restart: Perform after all fields entered.

Admin -> Sip -> SIP Server Groups: Name – outbound proxy, Transport Protocol – TCP, Hosts: outbound proxy Port: 5090

Admin -> Sip -> SIP Registration: Name – Phone Name, Address of Record Type -- <sip:user@host>, Enable Registration – Ticked On, Host: sip.ringcentral.com, User: Username or Phone Number
