RingCentral Desktop app crashes on launch (mutliple versions)

Hello, I am having an issue with my RingCentral app on my PC. For some reason I am getting a crash on launch. I've tried rolling back to previous versions, but I still get the same crash. This is the log from the error:

This occurred on the latest version (9.3.somethingsomething) and on 9.1.6 which I rolled back to after seeing a few posts about similar issues. I am running Windows 10 Pro updated to the latest updates as of 1/26/2018.
