RingCentral Desktop Application - Open failure

After installation in one of the laptop , RingCentral Desktop application failed to launch and following error message is thrown. The Laptop memory is 5 GB RAM and processor is 3 GHz. What can be the issue. Kindly suggest. In other PCs, it is working fine as we are having an account.
Softphone has stopped working.

Problem : Halt on unexpected exception at location WinHook
Windows Exception EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION(0xc0000005) at 0x1052EEC8;read 0x00000010;

Hello Sajil,

I can't help but notice that your computer's memory is quite low for a business computer. That, along with a possible outdated video card, probably is what's causing this error message. I would suggest speaking with your IT department about updating the video card on your computer first and foremost and maybe getting at least 8 GB of RAM.
