RingCentral Desktop - Development Recommendations

We are using RingCentral Office Premium in Canada.  We have a retail store where we service computers, sell computers & related accessories, and sell office products.  We've recently been introduced to Glip (now RingCentral) version 18.08.1 (e. 2.0.1) Build 372 (rev. 8a6df2d) and are trying to use it for as much unified communication as possible.  We just started playing with the Tasks, Notes and Links part of this software.  I find it would be very helpful if the various columns actually had header names.  Since we are just starting with this, the Task View is hard to decipher in terms of knowing who assigned a task and to whom it was assigned.  Simply adding the header names to each column would be very helpful.
I also don't like the fact that there is no option to have an audio notification each time a new message comes in.  We are finding employees chatting, leaving the RingCentral app "in focus" on their screen and moving onto something else near their desk.  They no longer hear notifications when a post is made to that open chat.  Again, hopefully a simple fix.
