Support satellite phone numbers

As a company that provides an outbound calling service we have recently discovered that we cannot call Satellite Phones. This should be a quick fix as the message that comes up states that this feature needs to be enabled. Support was called and they advised that ringcentral does not support this feature. Can this feature be enabled??

Derek,  Thanks for your patience. I did some research on this end and can confirm that we currently do not support this.  I"m changing this to an "idea" topic so that others who might be interested can join the discussion and we can see how much demand there is. 

At this time, you can contact your account manager if you wish and ask if there is a process where your account can get approved. This might take some time and I understand there would likely be a price increase and other agreements to sign. Please understand this is not a confirmation or guarantee that we can do this due to a variety of factors.  There's not an established procedure due to the few requests on this.

Im having the same issue with my hughes net satellite I was told it would support and my first day with RC I can't get any clear calls.  what do I need to do?

Hey Valley Soil, not all numbers are able to port to a VoIP provider. Could you email me at community.support@ringcentral.com with the number in question? I can have our Porting Team look at it and see if it's portable
