Curious what you think about RingCentral Engage (which appears to be new) vs. Salesforce or similar software with a longer history. Putting features and functions aside, is Engage ready for prime time? Is it robust, stable, etc.?
I wish I could say. I've contacted Ringcentral about 3 times in the last few weeks wanting to speak with someone about Engage/Dimelo and nobody has called me back.
