How can I get RingCentral for Dropbox?
RingCentral for Dropbox is available for all RingCentral Office customers. Simply go to https://www.ringcentralarchiver.com/ and login with your phone and password to connect your RingCentral communications system with Dropbox.

What are the system requirements? 
RingCentralfor Dropbox is a browser-based application. The following are supportedbrowsers:
  • Internet Explorer 11+ (Windows 7+)
  • Firefox 46+ (Windows, Mac)
  • Chrome 50 + (Windows, Mac)
  • Safari 9.1+ (Mac)

The archiver has been changed to an 'app integration' instead of a standalone system. While not an issue, that means it is now only available to premium or ultimate customers. We need to upgrade all users (at significant cost) just to backup our own data?

Saadet, I recall looking at this quite a while ago and seeing the same thing, so this is not a surprise. However your response doesn't answer the question unfortunately.
