RingCentral for Salesforce - App signs out users, appears random

We use the RingCentral app on Salesforce and have it integrated for automatic call logging.  As a company we mainly use Chrome but due to API integration with LinkedIn Sales Navigator we would like to use Salesforce on Safari instead.  

Since switching over we have had problems where the RingCentral App on Salesforce will randomly sign the user out during the day and needs to be checked multiple times.  This results in periods of no data being logged and users not receiving credit for their activities.

I have turned off popup blockers, allowed cookies, cleared cache, installed an auto-refresh plugin to keep from being timed-out, uninstalled the Chrome RingCentral Webapp to prevent multi-browser conflicts, updated the browser and am still unable to prevent it.

The problem does not occur on Chrome but the owner is dead set on using Safari, any idea what is causing this and how to prevent it? 

P.S. I am not an IT, Salesforce or network expert, just the in-house Curious George.

We recently did a bug fix for the logout issue. Could you please install the latest version 5.11.4 to see if that resolves the problem for you.
