RingCentral for Salesforce: To have a logging page for each browser tab and to be able to view pending tasks on the "Open Activities" field

A brief description of the business: A company where users are handling different customers at the same time
A high level description of the product or feature being request: 
  1. To have a Salesforce user logged in to the RingCentral integration to have a unique logging page for each browser window/tab
  2. To show the RingCentral tasks on the "Open Activities" field
A typical use case scenario explaining how your business would use the feature: 
  1. Our users have multiple browser windows open with different Salesforce contacts/accounts/leads in order to update the status/documentations simultaneously while working on other accounts.
  2. Users will just need to check on the "Open Activities" field (by creating a report) to determine which needs a follow-up.
Benefit of such feature: To allow users to multi-task for better efficiency

Note: The current behavior of the integration is that the "Related To" field can detect accounts/contacts/leads open on all browser windows/tabs thus limiting users to work on one browser window/tab at a time in order to not mix up the details of each record.
