I run 2 separate businesses, both are mobile DJ companies but go after different clientele. I have different phone numbers for both. I primarily use Ring Central for Windows and the Ring Central App on my smart phone to manage my companies. I have run into 3 different scenarios that cause confusion and extra work on my end.

1. When clicking on the Info icon from the ALL tab it does not show which of my numbers the client called. I am now stuck not knowing which company they called meaning I do not know which company I am representing when I call back.

2.  I receive a voice message but the info screen
does not display which of my numbers was called. When I click the
phone icon in the white bar (not the phone in the blur bar) to call back it just connects my call without giving an opportunity to select which ID I want to display. As of now it automatically defaults to the default outbound caller ID.

3.  While viewing a text exchange with
someone there are 2 phone icons. The main one in the upper right hand
corner in the blue border. The other is in the white border directly
underneath next to the phone number I am texting with. When clicking on
the phone icon in the white border it just starts calling the # right
away without giving my an opportunity to select which caller ID I want
to display.
