We began rolling out the Ringcentral app across our organization this week and noticed that for any of us using it on our mobile devices that we are not receiving push notifications. Yes we have push notifications enabled... Is anyone else having this problem?
We have people across the country working with us using a variety of different devices on and off Wifi, and nobody is receiving any push notifications on the mobile app. This is with direct messages, mentions, anything. They are personal devices both for our corporate office as well as contractors across the country, so no MDM is in place.
