RingCentral IVR is slow to forward calls

We have an IVR where a caller can press different #s to reach different people.  

We're having problems where it takes a long time between when the caller presses a # to when the person's phone rings.  Sometimes as long as 30 seconds.

Is there any way to tighten up the time between button press and phone ringing?

Hello, that seems a little weird. It could be network related.

However, I'm curious, how is your user answering their calls? Via the dekstop app, mobile app, or a hard phone?
