RingCentral Meetings: in Canada

How can RingCentral continue to advertise RingCentral Meetings as being available in Canada when it is not?

I have opened numerous service tickets, and each time they are closed with the only explanation being that it is not available in Canada.

I am extremely disappointed with the support and information provided to me by RingCentral in my attempts to get this service working on my account.

This should be available on your account. If you are not seeing the download link be sure to click the "My Exstension" link at the top of the page.


Then click  "Tools"  You'll then see the link for "Meetings App"

I found that this is due to when your account was opened and the new Canadian offerings. It's my understanding you can call our Sales Team and have them enable this or adjust your tier.  Call 877-377-8096.

Mike, thanks for your input. This was indeed the problem, our account was set up under a legacy plan.
After 5 months and at least 6 RingCentral reps later... I now have RingCentral Meetings working.

Appreciate the help.
