RingCentral Meetings Mobile Safe Driving Mode screen says "Your microphone is muted" when the microphone is not muted.

I love the Safe Driving Mode screen in RingCentral Meetings mobile app. Here is a problem. The screen says "Your microphone is muted" when you are muted and when you aren't muted. This has happened to me on both iOS and Android. This has led me to start brushing my teeth on a 60 person conference call with executives present. It would be great if this screen would accurately reflect the current state of muting. Thanks so much.

We have not seen this issue with any other users. However, I want to help you address the potential problem at hand. Can you start a meeting, record the meeting and try to recreate the problem you're referring to? If you are able to duplicate, please open a case and reply back to this case so that we can monitor the problem.
