1. Account Type: US
2. Document Imaging company
3. Navigate to all monitors of a computer that is being shared and controlled without having have the owner of the computer to do it themselves
4. When providing remote support for a customer, it is common that they will have multiple monitors.  Being able to navigate between them without having to constantly ask the customer to constantly go back and forth or move the window to a different monitor would be very helpful.
5. Not having to hassle the customer, speeds up support calls
6. 4 users


Under the following circumstances during a customer support session being done with RingCentral Meeting:

1. While viewing the customer's computer, and
2. While given permission to control the customer's computer remotely

It would be very useful for my company if it were possible to navigate to all the customer's monitors without having the customer do it for the support technician
