We reset the password on Service web as well as through the app (Profile Icon > tap on extension settings - user info - change password) but the app remained logged it, we were even able to listen to the Voicemail message regarding the change made on the account. With this issue, this defeats the purpose of the password reset. Our expected behavior is that the app will be logged out and will ask us to log in with the new password. We hope that this functionality will be soon available for security purposes. If an old employee leave the company and keep the app logged in on his mobile device and a new employee takes over that extension, the old employee still has the capability of checking the messages and calls for the extension he/she used to have.
